Responsibilities

As part of the role, end-to-end technological recruitment starting from the stage of accepting the position to the employee's absorption in the company.
Job posting and sourcing work on social networks, phone interviews, human resources interviews, referral calls and salary offers.
Full independence with the hiring managers, accompanying and retaining the candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications

Over a year of experience in technology recruitment
Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to work under pressure and with multiple tasks
Representation Good human relations in front of customers
