התפקיד כולל תיקון תקלות חומרה ותוכנה בשטח וסיוע ללקוח עד למציאת הפתרון, מתן שרות טכני למוצרי החברה. טיפול במשימות מורכבות תוך ישום מיומנויות מקצועיות, הפעלת יוזמה ויכולת שיפוט מקצועי בשטח.

 ידע במערכות הפעלה של מייקרוסופט

 ניסיון בשירות פרונטלי

 שליטה ברמה טובה בשפה האנגלית (דיבור, קריאה, כתיבה)

A technician is needed for an interesting field position that includes an attached vehicle and travel to customers in the central area

The position includes repairing hardware and software faults in the field and assisting the customer until the solution is found, providing technical service for the company's products. Handling complex tasks while applying professional skills, exercising initiative and the ability to make professional judgment in the field.

job requirements

Valid driver's license!

 Level 2 technician and above - a significant advantage!

 At least two years of experience in troubleshooting laptop and desktop computers (lenovo preferred) to the level of full component replacement such as motherboard, screen, etc. - Mandatory!

 Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems

 Experience in frontal service

 Good command of the English language (speaking, reading, writing)
