Senior Legal Counsel: Israel (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal and compliance support within a dynamic international environment. This role is integral to our client's operations, requiring a proactive approach to navigating complex legal landscapes and supporting business initiatives with strategic legal guidance.

You will act as a key legal business partner for operations in Israel, providing advisory related to applicable laws and regulations this region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including those related to construction, distribution, and other commercial agreements.
• Offer regulatory guidance on antitrust and competition law, particularly concerning distribution and channel strategies.
• Develop and maintain legal templates and standard agreements.
• Proactively identify potential legal risks and implement policies and procedures to mitigate them.
• Oversee and manage claims, disputes, and litigation processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including the facilitation of legal training programs.
• Provide ongoing local legal support in collaboration with global legal teams.

Qualifications:

• Fully qualified legal professional with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent credentials.
• Proficient in English and Hebrew (C1 proficiency or higher).
• Demonstrated experience working within an in-house legal team, preferably in a multinational corporation.
• Strong ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, providing strategic legal advice and addressing key commercial and legal concerns.
• Independent, well-organised, and capable of managing high volumes of work with precision.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commercial mindset and the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
