Job Description

As a User Experience Researcher at malanta.ai, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users' needs and behaviors to inform the design of our cybersecurity solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive product development and improve the user experience.

What you will bring to the team

• You have 5+ years of experience as a SaaS User Experience Researcher, preferably within the tech or cybersecurity industry.
• You have powerful analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in research methodologies and tools (e.g., usability testing software, survey tools, data analysis software).
• You have experience implementing and utilizing analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms to track user behavior and inform product decisions.
• You are a strong problem-solving person and have a passion for understanding user needs and improving user experiences.
• You have proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• You are creative, self-motivated, a fast learner and you enjoy learning new stuff.
• You like being one of a kind but at the same time you need the company of others to thrive.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies to gather deep insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Create prototypes and wireframes, validating design decisions through user feedback and iterative testing.
• Analyze research data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that inform product design and development.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate user insights into the product development process.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research findings and illustrate user experiences.
• Champion user-centered design principles within the company and advocate for the needs and perspectives of our users throughout the product lifecycle.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in user experience research and cybersecurity.
• Contribute to the entire team from your professional experience and make sure we are on the right track.
