Professional Services Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

Atera is looking for a talented Professional Services Team Leader to join our team and lead the technical customer success efforts. This role involves building and leading a high-performing Professional Services team, overseeing onboarding, creating integrations, software customization, and providing data and dashboard services.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Professional Services team.
• Oversee all technical aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Create and manage integrations with customer systems.
• Customize software solutions to meet customer needs.
• Provide data and dashboard services to help customers gain actionable insights.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through technical expertise and excellent service delivery.
• Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and insights that drive product improvements and enhancements.
• Define best practices and processes to implement new released features and products.  
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• +5 years of Proven leadership experience in technical customer success or professional services.
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks ( create, edit, and debug ).
• Knowledge of network architecture, Active Directory, Group Policies, Security Groups, UNC & DFS.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, CMD, Bash; Python is a plus.
• Scripting and patching skills.
• Understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux architectures (emphasis on Windows).
• Familiarity with the ITIL Framework for IT service management.
• ITIL certification -Advantage.
• BI knowledge, including custom SQL expressions.
• Experience with data migration (json format).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer facing skills
• High skill of managing and leading a team of 6 people
