Citrix Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Citrix System Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role. As part of a professional team, you'll tackle challenging tasks and provide ongoing support to users and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.
• Manage and maintain Citrix infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and training for the service center.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Manage Citrix virtual applications and desktops.
• Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues.
• Configure and optimize Citrix policies and profiles.
• Monitor Citrix performance for capacity planning.
• Ensure high availability of Citrix services.
• Develop scripts for troubleshooting and automation.

Requirements:

• Must have: At least 3 years of advanced experience as a Citrix specialist.
• Must have: At least 5 years of experience as a system administrator in an enterprise environment with multiple sites and servers.
• Proven experience with AD, GPO, IIS.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012-2022.
• Expertise in setting up, managing, and publishing applications.
• Experience with Netscaler, profile management, app packaging, infrastructure management, GPO, MSC, provisioning, and VDI.
• Scripting experience for troubleshooting and automation.
• Must have: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a large team.
