Product Manager

We seek a passionate and technically skilled Product Manager to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end product management process. You will be responsible for everything from ideation and market research to development, customer engagement, and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration. Work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to ensure our product meets the needs of our users and the market.
• Become a FinOps expert and guide product decisions. Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine product features and capabilities.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and ensure the product continuously delivers exceptional value.
• Develop enablement materials, product documentation, and customer-facing content to ensure our users can fully leverage the platform.
• Work closely with the Go-To-Market team to deliver an outstanding experience to our customers, including supporting sales with product demos and engaging with prospects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or Enterprise Software, preferably within technical products such as observability, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure.
• Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer, solution engineer, data analyst, or a similar technical role, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern software development practices.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a desire to influence company strategy and work closely with leadership.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., account management) in B2B SaaS, with a focus on gathering user needs and translating them into product requirements.Strong focus on creating value for customers, with experience in building customer-facing content and engaging directly with users to understand their needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong English skills are required for this role.
