Affiliate Relations Manager

The Military Aircraft Division is seeking an Affiliate Relations Manager.

What will you do:

• Identifying, developing, and managing relationships with potential partners, in collaboration with the Division's Business Development Manager to achieve company goals.
• Identifying collaboration opportunities: conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and identifying industry trends to locate potential partners.
• Developing relationships: establishing and managing relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and other relevant entities.
• Negotiating agreements: leading negotiations on collaboration agreements, ensuring optimal terms for the company.
• Implementing strategies: supporting the execution of collaboration strategies in coordination with the Division's Business Development Manager.
• Monitoring: overseeing existing collaborations, identifying trends, and deriving insights to improve collaboration processes.
• Reporting: preparing periodic reports on collaboration progress and presenting them to the Division's Business Development Manager and other relevant stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• A relevant bachelor's degree ( Marketing, Business Administration, Law, Economics) - required.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in collaborations, business development, and marketing.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to reach agreements domestically and internationally - required.
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, with an additional language being an advantage.
• Experience working in a technological environment.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Full proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge and experience in financial report analysis and company valuation - an advantage.
• Familiarity with the defense industry and UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) - a significant advantage.
• Strong data analysis and conclusion-drawing abilities.
