ILS Manager

Our Military Aircraft Division is seeking an ILS Manager.

What will you do:

• In-depth knowledge of UAV systems.
• Ability to read and understand engineering documents.
• Skills in analyzing maintenance data and generating ILS reports.

What We're Looking For:

• Electrical and Electronics Engineer / Aeronautics / Electro-optics / Mechanical Engineering - mandatory.
• Experience working with airborne systems - mandatory.
• Background in maintaining defense systems - mandatory.
• Experience in ILS work and working with clients - mandatory.
• High-level English - mandatory.
• Proficiency in additional languages - an advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Full proficiency in Office software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and the ability to motivate employees in a matrix organization.
• Ability to work independently.
