Birthright Israel BEYOND Community Manager

Taglit-Birthright Israel is seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our team and lead the development, growth, and engagement of Birthright Israel alumni worldwide. In this role, you will empower alumni to connect, collaborate, and contribute to ongoing engagement initiatives, fostering a strong and sustainable relationship with the community and Birthright Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to build and nurture a thriving community of Birthright Israel alumni.
• Engage alumni through various channels, including social media, events, and outreach programs.
• Manage processes, content and tasks with digital agency and marketing teams and transform it to engaging community outreach.
• Clarify the needs of the target audience, by conducting interviews with alumni, distributing surveys to identify pain points and needs to maximize success.
• Lead effective ways to study users’ needs and push registration and engagement to BEYOND on app

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, alumni relations, or a related field.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
• A self-motivated team player with an energetic, flexible, and creative approach.
• Proven track record of successfully building and growing online communities.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online engagement strategies.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve engagement objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with alumni and stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding the needs and trends of young Jewish adults from diverse backgrounds
• An advantage- Previous experience working with global organizations, and audiences
