Responsibilities

• :Lead a team of PPC managers, providing mentorship, training, and support
• .Lead the planning, development, and execution of PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads of your team's scope
• .Monitor and manage budgets and bid strategies to achieve optimal ROI and KPIs
• .Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights for strategic decision-making and drive optimizations
• .Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, technologies, and Google automation advancements
• .Ensure PPC strategies are aligned with overall business goals
• .Utilize analytical skills and business judgment to identify and resolve business challenges
• .Implement new tools and techniques for performance improvement
• .Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that encourages knowledge sharing
• .Assist in the recruitment and development of new team members

Requirement

• s:Minimum of 2 years' experience in PPC team management within the AD-Tech industry, demonstrating a track record of succes
• s.Expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ad
• s.Proven knowledge of PPC best practices, managing high-budget global campaign
• s.Proficiency in marketing technologies, automation, and related tool
• s.Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendation
• s.Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering motivation and developmen
