Quality And Environmental Manager

Role Overview:

Join our team as the Quality and Environment Manager, where you'll lead and manage quality assurance and control across our organization. Your role will focus on continuous improvement in quality processes, workplace safety, and environmental quality. As a member of the extended management team, you’ll have a pivotal role in shaping our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s quality policy.
• Manage and integrate the quality management system, ensuring processes are implemented and maintained.
• Establish procedures for quality assurance, quality control, and safety.
• Set procedures for monitoring quality standards and measurements.
• Lead and manage the quality team.
• Monitor compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements, including:

ISO certification documentation, developing and executing internal audit programs, and supporting external audits, supplier quality, management review, etc.

• Manage the environmental quality system and meet targets.
• Drive improvement processes across all departments.
• Develop and track work plans, goals, and relevant metrics for quality and environmental processes.
• Ensure compliance with market requirements.
• Ensure adherence to legal and international standards.
• Analyze customer complaints at the plant level, conduct investigations, implement corrective actions, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
• Manage the microbiological laboratory.

Essential Qualifications:

• Relevant academic degree- Must
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management
• High proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Proficiency in ISO methodologies
• Ability to motivate employees and managers at all levels
• Experience and ability to write procedures and reports
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems
• Ability to develop work plans and work towards objectives

Location:

• Base in our plant at Ein Gedi for 3 days a week.
• Headquarter in Airport City for 2 days a week.
