About the job

As an Org & Op Excellence Consultant (Organizational Behavior), you will join our team of consultants, advising senior management in leading corporations and government agencies regarding major organizational and operational business decisions. This position is broad and covers a wide range of responsibilities. Therefore, you must be precise and organized, have a steep learning curve, a teamwork ability, and be proficient in task management.

You will develop operational strategies that will have an effective impact on the critical operations of clients. You will participate in think tanks, perform complex analyses, conduct interviews with key figures in the organization, and come up with creative solutions to organizational problems.

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree – Must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal relations, creativity, initiative, and curiosity
• Work experience in consulting is a plus
• Fluent Hebrew, Fluent English; additional language is an advantage
