Director of Communications

The Director of Communications will be hands-on in executing Plarium's comprehensive communication strategy. This role focuses on the day-to-day management and implementation of communication activities, ensuring effective messaging and stakeholder engagement, and supporting the overall strategic vision set by the Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement Plarium's overall communication strategy .
• Position the company as a global leader in the gaming industry, enhancing its reputation.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with PR agencies to drive results.
• Manage and execute all internal and external communication activities.
• Provide professional guidance to the communications team.
• Supervise the implementation of the communication strategy, ensuring consistency and uniformity across all company communication channels.
• Coordinate and integrate all aspects of communication, including public relations, internal communication, employer branding, digital communication, and marketing.
• Supervise the development and execution of the department’s communication and activity schedules.
• Develop and implement measurement and analytics programs to evaluate the effectiveness of the communication strategy.

What we expect

• Ten years or more years in communications, corporate marketing, public relations or creative agency experience.
• An understanding of tech and entertainment trends.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, including copywriting.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking, with the ability to develop innovative communication strategies and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent collaborator who can gain consensus and execute solution-driven results.
• Proven team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
