• Support the IT Manager with daily tasks and projects.

• Provide tech support, resolving issues promptly.

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure.

• Install software and troubleshoot hardware.

• Support cloud environment maintenance.

• Ensure smooth helpdesk operations.

• Collaborate to improve IT services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and technical skills.

• Basic knowledge of cloud environments and IT infrastructure.

• Experience with servers and operating systems.

• Proficiency in Hebrew & English.

• High availability for urgent issues.
