ABAP Developer

Our Information Technologies Center is looking for an ABAP Developer.

What will you do:

- Development and maintenance of the ABAP system in the Attendance (PT) and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.

- Development of cross-organizational processes.

- Willingness to work overtime.

What We're Looking For:

- At least 5 years of recent experience in ABAP development (at least 3 of these years in the last 4 years) – Mandatory.

- At least 3 years of experience in process development in the Human Capital Management (HCM) module – Mandatory.

- Deep knowledge of the HCM/HR module data structure – Mandatory.

- Experience in building interfaces for related systems, UI5, reports, and forms – Mandatory.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA development – Significant Advantage.

- Development of components for the Attendance Management PT module – Significant Advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems Engineering – Advantage.

- Experience and familiarity with SAPUI5 development – Advantage.

- Experience in setting up data types in the HCM modules – Advantage.

- Background in financial and logistical modules – Advantage.

- Experience in a security/military organization – Advantage.

The HCM department is responsible for the development and maintenance of employee data, attendance, and payroll systems for all company employees.
