Information Technology Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Operations Manager to lead our Command Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technological systems and incident response processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the Command Center team in handling all incidents, ensuring swift resolution and establishing recovery and containment methodologies.
• Oversee the divisional "Incident Management" process, including tracking and analyzing incident reports, identifying root causes, and implementing comprehensive solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting complex technological systems at Tier 2 level - mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Win/Linux/Unix operating systems - mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience working with SQL/MONGO databases - mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience with communication protocols and equipment (F5/PALO) - mandatory
• Background in systems analysis or project management - advantage
• Familiarity with ServiceNow system
