Chief Financial Officer

• Lead and align strategic planning, AOP, forecast and capital planning processes
• Provide analytical and planning support in the development and achievement of performance targets
• Support decision making processes such as pricing actions and productivity measures
• Participate in SFL key strategic projects and areas, taking over the financial evaluation of the respective projects and provide strategic business thinking.
• Ensure the financial integrity of the company’s operations by safeguarding company assets and prudent balance sheet management
• Satisfy all legal, tax, accounting, management reporting and corporate governance requirements cost effectively
• Establish a strong internal control environment

Experience Required:

• Relevant university degree (CPA – advantage)
• Finance background (minimum 10 years' experience in Key Finance positions)
• Proficient in English
• Experience in SAP
• Experience in managing managers
• Previous experience in the global consumer goods market is an advantage
