- Lead and align strategic planning, AOP, forecast and capital planning processes
- Provide analytical and planning support in the development and achievement of performance targets
- Support decision making processes such as pricing actions and productivity measures
- Participate in SFL key strategic projects and areas, taking over the financial evaluation of the respective projects and provide strategic business thinking.
- Ensure the financial integrity of the company’s operations by safeguarding company assets and prudent balance sheet management
- Satisfy all legal, tax, accounting, management reporting and corporate governance requirements cost effectively
- Establish a strong internal control environment
Experience Required:
- Relevant university degree (CPA – advantage)
- Finance background (minimum 10 years' experience in Key Finance positions)
- Proficient in English
- Experience in SAP
- Experience in managing managers
- Previous experience in the global consumer goods market is an advantage
