Job Description:
- Implementing information systems in the realms of Billing, CRM, e-commerce, and more.
- Conducting functional and acceptance testing for implemented systems.
- Managing and documenting technical issues in an MS environment.
- Developing training plans and creating training materials.
- Conducting group and one-on-one user training sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CRM - a must
- Experience in writing training materials and developing training plans.
- Ability to deliver group and one-on-one training sessions effectively.
