Retail Store Manager

The Store Manager of Galia Lahav's retail store in Tel Aviv is a dynamic and strategic professional focused on leading the sales team and achieving sales targets in the store. As part of their role, they are responsible for the daily management of the store, overseeing the customer experience, implementing sales and marketing processes that are suitable for the brand's upscale clientele, and managing the store's inventory. // Responsibilities //

1. Human Resources Management and Business Performance
2. Presenting a work plan that includes objectives, strategies, and performance targets Meeting sales targets.
3.  Managing the work process from the point of sale to delivery, including fittings.
4.  Managing the store's inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and product  are well-displayed.
5.  Ensuring a superior shopping experience.
6.  Creating an in-store atmosphere aligned with brand strategy.
7.  Training and developing the sales team.
8.   Full control of finances and supporting technological systems.

// Job Requirements //

1.  Experience in retail store management: At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a store in the luxury fashion industry. Experience working with luxury brands is a significant advantage.
2. Excellent sales and customer service skills: Ability to lead the sales team to achieve high sales targets, with a focus on personal and professional customer service.
3.  Managerial and leadership skills: Ability to motivate, guide, and supervise a team of employees, ensuring cooperation and achieving targets.
4. A deep understanding of the fashion world, the ability to identify trends, and tailor products to customer needs.
5. -Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to work with a diverse audience, including VIP customers, and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
6. Languages: High proficiency in Hebrew and English; additional languages are an advantage.
7. Organizational and time management skills: Ability to effectively manage priorities and handle pressure and tight deadlines.
8. Technological aptitude: Proficiency in store management systems, accounting software, and understanding of sales reports and financial metrics.
