Site Operations Manager- Relocation to India

ELTA Systems is looking for a Site Operations Manager - Relocation to India.

What will you do:

• Direct and matrix management of local (Indian) and Israeli staff.
• Providing solutions for ELTA system issues across India.
• Maintaining close working relationships with customer representatives.
• Regular communication with the project management team at ELTA .
• Coordinating with local suppliers and subcontractors in the host country.
• Managing the warehouse at the customer site.
• Overseeing the project budget on-site.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial roles in customer service/project management – mandatory
• At least 3 years of direct management experience overseeing a team of 15 employees or more – mandatory
• Military experience as a technical officer in the Air Force – an advantage
• Extensive knowledge in ELTA airborne systems or similar systems (radar, ELINT, COMINT, communications, etc.) – mandatory
• High proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory
