Air Defence System Engineer

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Aeronautics / Electro-Optics / Physics / Exact Sciences - mandatory.
• Advanced degree in these fields - a significant advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in system engineering - mandatory.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary systems - mandatory.
• Great proficiency in English (writing, reading, speaking) - mandatory.
• Experience with MATLAB/PYTHON software.
• Experience and knowledge in radar systems - an advantage.
• Experience with defense systems - an advantage.
• Willingness to travel abroad for work.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
• Teamwork skills, high analytical ability, systemic vision, and creative problem-solving.

About us:

We invite experienced System Engineers to take part in the development of leading radar systems. The System Engineer is responsible for all engineering aspects of system characterization, receiving client requirements, defining the system design, and approving its implementation throughout the project while managing colleagues. This role is highly challenging and rewarding, placing the employee at the center of decision-making and significantly impacting the project.

This is a broad role that allows for leading large and challenging radar projects. We develop complex defense systems such as the Iron Dome and Arrow systems. Working as a System Engineer offers exposure to the most advanced technologies in the field, with professional interfaces and leadership in additional areas like algorithms, software, signal processing, and more.
