We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to join our passionate team at Tarya Fintech and help us shape the embedded financial space. 

Who are you? 

We're looking for an experienced Software Architect to assume a pivotal role in spearheading the design and development of the Tarya Fintech platform and services. As a visionary leader, you will play a key role in shaping the architectural systems of our solutions and nurturing your team towards success. Our next software architect is independent, responsible, with a true desire to make an impact as well as a self-learner who is able to explore new and unknown territory. 

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering teams to design & build high scale financial platform  

• Act as the technical leader and subject matter expert: mentoring engineers, proving technical expertise in driving decisions, and leading small teams to solve challenging technical problems  

• Lead the design for robust, production-grade services, considering solution alternatives and providing recommendations for the most optimal solutions.   

• Take part in the entire product lifecycle, from architecture design, building new features and capabilities into our product.  

• Understand the business requirements and product ecosystem and convert them into a solution design  

• Research & understand In-depth various technology trends and present their potential impact  

• Play a key role in Tarya FinTech R&D strategy.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology Management - Must  
• 1+ years’ experience as a software architect – Must  
• Experience with BPM and low code platforms – Advantage  
• Experience with designing and implementing complex multi-tenant SaaS systems  
• Proficient with microservice-based architecture  
• Proven experience with the main public cloud providers  
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with CNCF technologies: Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Elastic and other  
• Vast knowledge & experience with working both SQL and NoSQL databases  
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and patterns.  
• Familiar with Big data platforms and frameworks such as: snowflake, Kafka, etc.  
• Strong collaboration and coaching skills 
• Technical practices such as: continuous integration, automated testing, release management, performance monitoring are part of your standard day-to-day thinking 
• Strong English language skills – written, spoken, and reading.
