Job Summary:
CRO Manager with a focus on Creative Optimization will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the creative elements of paid social campaigns for mostly apps businesses, driving higher conversion rates. This role involves a unique blend of data analysis, creative thinking, and user experience (UX) principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of optimizing creative assets to improve conversion metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO creative strategy with a focus on optimizing creative assets to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with UA, marketing & creative teams to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Use data to inform creative decisions and optimize visual, sound and copy elements for better user engagement and conversions.
• Work closely with the creative team on the agency side and UA team on the clients side to deliver creative excellence
• Use mobile analytics tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) to monitor user behavior and conversion metrics.
• Creative tests set up and Experimentation: Design, implement, and manage creative tests and multivariate experiments focused on creative elements.
• Develop hypotheses based on data insights
• Conversion Funnel Analysis: analyse the various stages of the conversion funnel to identify bottlenecks and areas that can be streamlined to increase the conversion rate.
• Maintain detailed documentation of tests, changes, and results.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CRO initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in CRO, creative optimization, and digital marketing.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in UA for apps, gaming or e-com industries or a related role.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates through the changes in creative.
Skills:
• Strong analytical skills. Creative thinking as a big plus
• Experience with creative testing and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
