Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and place tech consultants with clients on an outsourcing basis.

- Conduct in-person meetings with senior executives to showcase our services.

- Attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.

- Sustain ongoing communication with clients and generate leads.

- Guide candidates through the recruitment process and negotiate contracts.

- Submit bids for tenders.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of account management experience - mandatory.

- Experience in sales/account management within the defense sector - mandatory!

- Outsourcing industry experience.

- Experience with tender submissions.

- P&L management experience.

- Proven sales skills and lead generation (both warm and cold).

- Excellent interpersonal communication, high work ethic, strong relationships skills, and technical orientation.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
