We are seeking a Data Operations Specialist to join our Data Science team. This role involves managing and optimizing data flows between databases, analytics platforms, and marketing channels to ensure data quality, accessibility, and security. You will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes, enhancing our marketing campaigns, and driving operational efficiency.

• Data Management: Implement, maintain, and monitor data pipelines and workflows. Ensure seamless data integration across various sources and platforms.
• Data Quality Assurance: Regularly check data for accuracy and completeness. Develop protocols to identify and rectify data inconsistencies or discrepancies.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance the performance of data operations by automating processes, optimizing data storage, and ensuring timely data availability for stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with data scientists, marketers, and IT teams to support data needs for various projects and initiatives. Provide technical support and training where necessary.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. Monitor data access and usage to prevent unauthorized data exposure.
• Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in data operations tools and practices to support evolving business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data operations, database management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration platforms (e.g., Talend, Informatica, AWS Glue).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and basic understanding of data analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
