Creative Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and creative Creative team lead to manage all aspects of the creative process for our department's clients, including leading a team of talented Social Media Managers.

The role requires a broad vision, leadership and management skills, the ability to guide creative and design processes, and ensuring the quality and precision of the messages conveyed.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement creative strategies for business clients.

- Lead and manage a team of Social Media Managers, providing professional guidance and inspiration.

- Oversee the creation of visual and other content, including graphics, videos, and branded content.

- Collaborate with various departments and divisions within the organization, such as Customer Experience, Content, Sales, and more.

- Analyze and understand social media trends and insights to improve effectiveness and client satisfaction.

- Manage budgets and adhere to timelines.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of prior experience as a Creative manager with team management experience, preferably in advertising/digital agencies.

- Experience working with business clients and managing social media projects.

- Ability to analyze data and identify market trends.

- Proficiency in AI automation tools.

- Full proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- High creative ability and out-of-the-box thinking.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
