Corporate Tax Advisor

A prominent and successful firm specializing in corporate tax consulting for Israeli companies is seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Attorney (ADV) with extensive expertise in Israeli corporate taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review annual and quarterly tax adjustment reports for public companies, as well as annual reports for private companies.

- Provide expert guidance on client transactions, including mergers, spin-offs, real estate transactions, R&D activities, and approved enterprises.

- Obtain pre-rulings from tax authorities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Represent clients in assessment discussions concerning income tax, VAT, national insurance, and deductions.

- Deliver ongoing consulting services, including issuing well-founded professional opinions.

- Prepare and disseminate professional tax circulars; conduct seminars and training courses for clients and internal teams.

- Assist in due diligence and valuations, ensuring accurate and compliant presentation of tax statements.

- Collaborate with experienced Directors, Partners, and senior stakeholders at top-tier hi-tech companies across the country.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tel Aviv.

Requirements:

- Licensed CPA or ADV.
