Junior Ad Ops Specialist

365Scores, one of the most popular mobile sports apps globally, is looking for a Junior Ad Operations Specialists to join our fast-growing app monetization team.

The ideal candidates are avid learners and team players, looking to grow their skills and expertise in the digital media and Ad Tech field.

Availability to work 3-5 morning and evening shifts/week between Sunday-Friday + holidays (15% addition to base salary for evening shifts).

Responsibilities

• Setup & maintenance of complex Direct and Programmatic ad campaigns using Google Ad Manager and internal tools.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to advertisers, and effectively escalate issues to Campaign Managers.
• Work closely with Sales, Account Managers and ad agencies to effectively launch and maintain all campaigns.
• Own and perform diligent and detail-oriented QA throughout the entire campaign process.
• Own communication with internal and external stakeholders. Address day-to-day issues and questions from internal and external clients, follow up on open tasks, and ensure requests are resolved within our SLAs.
• Monitor all campaigns for both delivery and performance; provide recommendations for optimizations.
• Produce & send contextual screenshots of live campaigns to clients.
• Keep our campaigns tracking tool organized and up to date - Follow up tasks, dates, statuses, budgets, formats, reminders, etc.

Requirements:

• 0.5-1 years of experience in the digital media space with hands-on experience with complex campaign configuration and management.
• Experience working with Google Ad Manager - big advantage.
• BA/B.Sc. student or graduate in media, communications, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data analytics using Excel and/or Google Sheets (formulas, Pivot, VLOOKUP) - MUST.
• Demonstrate ability to solve problems, make decisions, and use sound judgment.
• Acute attention to detail, an eye for operational efficiencies, and a mastery of workflows and processes.
• Ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks coming from different sources in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally in Hebrew and English, verbally and in writing.
• Additional languages - significant bonus (advantage to Portuguese, Spanish, and Arabic).
• Passion for Football and sports - big advantage.
• Experience working with Asana - advantage.
