About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced solution manager to join our team. This role involves technical interaction with B2B customers, focusing on designing and presenting Ummanu products and solutions.

We are seeking a results-driven leader with a proven track record in Project Management and Technology Business Analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on diverse technology platforms and delivering full project life cycles, from inception to implementation, using both agile and waterfall methodologies. This role requires the ability to provide technological and operational solutions in a rapidly evolving business environment. Key skills include: team leadership, stakeholder management, change management, and data insights, with a strong focus on enhancing business efficiency and performance.

Your Daily Routine:

As a Solution Manager, you will design solutions for our UK customers and contribute to the overall account strategy. 

Your role will involve:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end requirements processes, including document templates, Jira ticket structures, SLAs, KPIs, continuous improvement processes, governance, and policies.
• You will collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify and develop business opportunities. 
• You will provide technical guidance, assign tasks, and offer mentorship and support to the team. 
• Your responsibilities will include systems analysis, troubleshooting, and business analysis.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years experience as Product Manager/ Solution Manager/ Solution Architect.
• Expertise in solution design and B2B project experience with customers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex problems
• Experience in business analysis, with an understanding of business processes/data.

• Requirements Analysis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Willingness to travel in the UK to visit clients and lead face-to-face workshops.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.
