Job Description

WiseStamp is seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our expanding team.

Reporting directly to the BI Lead, you will serve as a key liaison between various departments and senior management. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making processes. Collaborating closely with the CEO, you will contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies aimed at driving growth and maximizing efficiency across the organization.

Who You Are

• +4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field..
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and requirements.
• Analyze complex business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with the BI team to design and implement data models and visualizations.
• Assist in the testing and validation of BI solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
