Java Software Engineer

A successful startup that has developed advanced architecture for accelerating data analytics.

The role involves developing the company's analytics engine, optimizing analytic queries, troubleshooting issues with modern databases and distributed systems, and transitioning to an advanced version of Java.

The company is located in Tel Aviv and operates on a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week. The team consists of about 100 employees.

Key Responsibilities-

• Design and develop analytics engine, a high-level software that

uses software stack to program and optimize analytic queries

over unique hardware acceleration engines

• Analyze and solve complex problems from the fields of modern databases

and distributed computation systems

• Utilize cutting-edge technology and make it accessible for users

• Interact, lead technical discussions with other team members, and

collaborate to solve complex issues

Requirements-

• BSC degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field

• 5 years of professional Backend Software development experience

• Strong coding and troubleshooting skills in Java

• Proven experience in taking features end-to-end, from design to deployment

• Team player, highly motivated, independent and fast learner

• Highest sense of ownership, flexibility, versatility and creative thinking
