Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Femi in Holon. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals, managing the recruitment process with Recruting Managers , and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The Recruiter will collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment efforts and support Femi's commitment to providing quality care through telemedicine solutions.

• Experience in healthcare recruitment or related field - advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
