Automation Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of automation & QA engineers to develop, maintain, and execute test scripts of diverse cyber & communication systems
• Manage the team activities, coding and maintaining automation tests, performing and analyzing functional and stress tests
• Responsible for the team's robust infrastructure
• Write and execute complicated test scenarios
• Participating in the team's activities (50% hands-on)
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of automation into the overall software development process
• Leading the team to a higher level of professional automation developers

Experience required:

• Experience as an automation tech lead/ Senior developer - Must.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in developing automation infrastructure using Python, React, node.js
• Deep knowledge and experience of automation and stress best practices.
• Deep knowledge and experience in CI / CD disciplines, K8S, automation tools (Jenkins), and Docker Compose.
• Experience in leading projects - from design to implementation.
• Experience in planning and writing test scenarios, as well as QA methodologies.
• Ability to understand complicated software and communication systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in cyber security - advantage.
• Experience with VMware solutions - advantage.
