Job Description:

As the System Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves leading, managing, and mentoring the team members, ensuring all system-related processes' ongoing and efficient functioning.

Requirements

5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure in an organization with over 400 users.

Extensive experience in setting up and operating servers in a Microsoft environment.

Proven experience in establishing and operating VMware virtual infrastructures and NetApp storage systems.

Expertise in managing a complex HP switch network.

Experience in working with information security tools, including CrowdStrike, Forti, and others.

Significant advantage: Experience in managing a technical support team.

A team player with good interpersonal skills.

Fast self-learning capabilities.

Strong technology driven.

High proficiency in English and Hebrew.
