Description  

This position requires a seasoned, talented, professional who will be tasked with leading the projects’ entire life cycle - planning, budgeting, tracking, executing, and concluding projects. Play a crucial role in making sure that projects are finished on schedule, within the allocated budget, and meet the expected quality standards. Project managers work across various industries, customer types, and markets – both commercial (B2B) and non-commercial (B2B / B2G / B2B2G). Essentially, you will be the bridge between Elsight’s management and the various teams executing the project tasks – both internal and external.

You will own the following: 

• Projects Planning – plan the projects comprehensively, including, but not limited to, defining the projects’ scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders; develop a project plan that outlines the tasks, schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones needed to achieve the project goals. 
• Resource Management – manages the material resources and the “job to be done” at any given time. 
• Time Management – ensuring that the projects remain on schedule by setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and mitigating any delays.  
• Budget Management – keep the projects within its financial constraints, by owning the responsibility for estimating costs, setting a budget, and controlling spending. 
• Stakeholders Communication – regularly communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, team members, and upper management, to ensure everyone is informed and engaged – including the preparation of status reports, conducting meetings, and being the point of contact for any inquiries related to each project. 
• Risk Management – identify potential risks and prepare mitigation strategies, using a proactive approach 
• Documentation – assume the responsibility for keeping detailed records of all project elements, such as contracts, plans, financial statements, and communications.

• At least 4 years of experience – Must  
• Experience in working in a high-paced startup environment – Must  
• Experience with/part of military/defense/HLS/Public Safety customers – Significant Advantage 
• Experience with managing HW & SW projects – Must 
• PMO / PMP certification – Advantage 
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines 
• Proven success working with all levels of management 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent presentation skills
