Technical Support Engineer

Looking for a Technical Support Engineer seeking to play an instrumental role as part of a global customer success team. Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year experience as a support engineer in the High Tech industry (exceptional candidates with equal veterancy of military service experience will be considered too).
• Experience in dealing with international high demanding customers, and ancillary support centers worldwide.
• Must: In depth troubleshooting capabilities (Compulsory requirements: tcpdump, wireshark, DNS and Active Directory. Advantage: familiarity with SASE, cloud technologies, Azure IdP).
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team, willing to consistently capture and share knowledge.
• Fluent English with high verbal and written expression skills.
