Growth Marketing Manager

Through a network of comparison sites across 50+ industries, including B2B, B2C, Finance, and Gaming, users are empowered with the knowledge and confidence to make informed purchase decisions.

We seek a highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team in TLV. You will be in charge of budgets and regions to develop a buying strategy and set up and launch programmatic campaigns, mainly with display and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage marketing campaigns for our products.
• Plan, manage and execute marketing campaigns from scratch (ideas, funnels, creatives, and ads).
• Analyze and optimize media spending, focusing on data-driven tactics to ensure KPI delivery.
• The ability to get confidential insights and data from the POC.
• Stay ahead of the curve on new strategies, advertising channels, conversion rate optimization techniques, and industry trends.
• Experience in managing a relationship with your POC on the platform and the ability to initiate such business relationships.
• Provide creative direction for banners, text ads, images, video ads, and landing pages.
• Scale multiple campaigns prioritizing by revenue opportunity.

Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years of experience within the field of global programmatic media buying and global campaign management, with experience in arbitrating performance campaigns.
• Proven track record with global Facebook performance campaigns - MUST.
• Significant experience with global advertising on Display and Social platforms.
• Experience with TikTok platform- Advantage.
• Good communication skills (starts with being a good person).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• The ability to learn new platforms quickly and search for media sources and publishers.
• Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
