Performance Excellence HQ Manager - Strauss Coffee BV

You can Expect:

• TOP USER for Strauss Coffee's performance excellence system.
• Work with managers across the organization to develop KPIs, metrics and dashboards to ensure efficient strategy execution and focus.
• Lead the HQ department's quarterly performance review routines.
• Business and operational problem-solving and root cause analysis initiatives in HQ and BUs.
• Lead productivity reports from the BU and to SG HQ.
• Innovate HQ procedures, digitalization and central managerial platforms for better efficiency and partnership.

Experience Required:

• University graduate – business/ finance/ industrial engineer.
• Certified green belt with expertise in Lean continuous improvement methodologies- an advantage
• 2 years of experience in the field of business and/ or industrial engineering consulting firm.
• Strong experience in analytics, KPI and operational measurement initiatives to drive improvement.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrates understanding of commercial, operational, financial and people aspects of the business.
• Extremely Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills together with technological abilities.
• Fluent in English.
