Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sourcing Specialist in a well-known successful startup. The Senior Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for designing the job description with hiring managers, head hunting for tech roles, phone interviews and lead the hiring managers complete the recruiting funnel.
Qualifications
- 4 years in tech recruiting
- high sourcing skills, Boolean search for software roles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of recruiting practices and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
