In short …
The Accounting Administrator supports the accounting department by performing clerical tasks, including reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing and recording transactions, preparing reports, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as required.
This is a Fixed-term contract (FTC) for 6 months.
What you will do …
- Bank Processing, downloading and booking bank statements as per required schedule.
- Reconcile banks.
- Gate Keeper for Purchase Order (PO) system using ReadSoft.
- Prepare weekly payment runs.
- Prepare monthly Cash flow report.
- Preparation of material of annual balance sheet for external Audit.
- Prepare VAT returns for NC, Germany, UK and Ireland or Israel per schedule.
- Code and process purchase invoices accurately to multiple cost centres.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Internal Communication with our different Branches.
- Communicate with our external partners.
- Reconcile the supplier accounts.
- Generate reports for VAT, With Holding Tax (WHT), and central bureau of statistics.
- Ensure payments to the Tax authorities for VAT, WHT, National Insurance and Income tax.
- Manage cash position and bank accounts operations – deposits, foreign currency exchange.
- Post and reconcile the company Credit Card for the Israeli branch.
- MXP expenses (accommodation/rental car/meals), travel insurance, employee's claims.
- MXP assistance for employees’ work-related expense claims.
- Post and reconcile Intra-Company booking.
- Work with the Tax consultant for pre-ruling calculation and booking.
- Manage Employees Attendance system - work with Manager to align Retain and Hilan system to reflect actual working hours.
- Work on salary preparation and check payslip tests and reports.

What you have …
- Cash flow & Budget experience.
- Computer skills, excel, power point, word.
- Knowledge and experience of SAP (Finance module).
- Excellent English / Good Hebrew.
- Integrity and discretion.
- Flexible work attitude.
- High work commitment & standards.
- Multitasking & independent, very well organized.
- Punctual, ability to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work in front of external/internal auditors.
- Previous experience in Accounting Firms and International Corporations.
Working conditions:
Contract
- 6-month Fixed term contract (FTC).
Working hours
- Sunday to Thursday office hours, flexibility to work outside core hours including some weekend working.
Location
- Kiryat Gat – Israel.
