Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through launch and beyond. In this role, you will be responsible for translating market and customer insights into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements, ensuring our offerings align seamlessly with user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with outsourced hardware engineering teams to manage product development timelines and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders including AI & Data Science, Software Development, UX/UI Design, and Supplements & Nutrition Science teams.
• Prioritize features based on market analysis, customer feedback, competitive insights, and business priorities.
• Lead user research, gather user requirements, and conduct usability testing to continuously refine product offerings.
• Own and manage product documentation including detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Actively manage project schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and execution excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, nutrition science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Product Management, ideally within tech, health-tech, or consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments, particularly with outsourced hardware teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about health, wellness, and leveraging technology to improve lives.

Preferred:

• Experience with AI-driven products or data analytics platforms.
• Background in health tech, supplements, wellness products, or related consumer technologies.
