We are looking for an excellent Full Stack Team Leader to join the R&D team.

What's The Job

As a Team leader in the R&D, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and create Novidea’s product, built on the force.com Platform. In this position, you will:

• Lead a team of developers through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production.
• Mentor and advise your team in code review, programming methodologies and more
• Recruit and mentor new team members.
  
  

What You Have

• 2-4 years of managerial experience – leading full stack development team.
• Practical experience in development of complex web-based systems.
• Practical experience working with DB and SQL.
• Experience in Force.com/APEX development – An advantage.
• Writing design documents and technical specification documents.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, quick learner
• High logical & Analytical abilities.
• Accuracy and careful attention to details.
• Resourceful, responsible and able to adapt to changes.
• Education: Bachelor degree, specializing in computer science or similar engineering discipline.
• Language skills: Very good English.
