We are looking for a motivated team player with a passion to succeed, with a proactive mentality and strong analytical skills, with a passion to learn and implement new processes and business requirements.

So, what will you be doing all day?

• Oversee and review the consolidation and reporting process of the company (monthly and annually) under the US GAAP.
• Assist with managing and aligning cross-functional projects and operations.
• Take ownership of the deal desk and billing operations and ensure proper processes are in place for scale.
• Take an active role in the company’s daily operations.
• Monitor and review the accuracy of financial data for the US and Israeli entities.
• Review the annual tax reports and ongoing sales tax implications and automation.
• Oversee and review the payroll processes, commissions, and bonuses.
• Assist with the stock option process both internally and with our trustee.
• Communicate with the external audit firm and assist with the audit process.
• Assist with verifying the proper implementation of the company's processes and policies.
  
  

• Experience in a similar position in the high-tech industry, 2-3 years - a must
• CPA with a Big 4 accounting firm experience - a must
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
• A hard-working person willing to go the extra mile to complete work at a reasonable time while maintaining high quality.
• Proactive mentality, strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting multiple deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
  
  

• Experience with Netsuite
• SaaS industry experience
