Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager on our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product's future, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our clients. You'll continuously discover customer needs, experiment with new features, dive deep into data, extract meaningful insights, and translate these into powerful features and improvements. Your work will directly influence the retail experience, making fashion retail more efficient, responsive, and customer focused.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from uncovering and discovering customer needs, through product experimentation, through defining and launching features, to post-launch optimization.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact product initiatives.
• Analyze product usage and performance data to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Engage with customers for continuous discovery, gathering feedback, understanding their challenges, and delivering compelling product presentations.
• Drive product strategy and vision, backed by a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• 7 years of experience in a product management role within a B2B startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with hands on experience in handling data and utilizing it to make informed decisions.
• High agency, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively under uncertainty.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed.
• Excellent customer-facing presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Passion for technology and retail, with a drive to continuously learn and adapt.
