Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

TCM Technologies LTD is hiring Information Security Manager / CISO for The light rail project in Jerusalem

Responsibilities

• Analysis of tenders, characterization of requirements, integration of new requirements from internal policies or internal regulations, allocation of requirements to subsystems and monitoring of compliance.
• Development of a cyber security management plan, general and detailed cyber security designs, cyber security risk analysis and cyber security policy.
• Ensuring compliance with the relevant regulations
• Performing cyber security risk assessments and developing a cyber security risk management plan.
• Management of cyber security providers.
• Leading the development of the information security management system (ISMS).
• Auditing and collaboration in verifying compliance with requirements (T&C).
• Supervision of the repair of security breaches and their correction.
• Sharing and implementing the work methodology of the project.

Qualifications

• Experience in the role of information security manager / CISO
• Knowledge of IT and OT cyber security solutions.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management and team leadership.
• Project management and problem solving skills
• CISSP / CISM / CEH Certification - an advantage
