Global Tax Compliance Specialist

Deloitte - the leading and largest professional services firm in the world is looking for a Global Tax Compliance Specialist, to join our Tax Department.

Join our team as a Global Tax Compliance Specialist, specializing in taxation and cross-border risks. Provide expert consulting services to large financial institutions in Israel, focusing on FATCA, CRS, and QI activities. Leverage your expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management to help clients navigate complex cross-border requirements.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct periodic QI reviews.
• Provide consultancy in risk management for cross-border FATCA, CRS, and QI activities.
• Develop procedures, work processes, and controls.
• Build and manage enforcement and compliance programs.
• Adapt information systems to meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit QI reports to US tax authorities.
• Prepare and submit FATCA and CRS reports to the Israel Tax Authority.
• Prepare and deliver customer training sessions.
• Conduct operational and compliance surveys.

Your skills and experience:

• Degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration - mandatory.
• Familiarity and experience with regulations and compliance in financial institutions -mandatory.
• High Level of English - mandatory.
• Experience and familiarity with FATCA, CRS, and QI regulations - significant advantage.
• Experience in conducting QI review projects - significant advantage.
• Experience from banks or large financial institutions - advantage.
