📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and tax reports for multiple entities in compliance with IFRS standards.
• Collaborate with external auditors for audits and reviews.
• Manage, analyze, and prepare business calculations for division projects.
• Resolve professional issues and assist with valuations, working with external appraisers.
• Oversee ongoing supplier payments and interact with banks.
• Take responsibility for the division’s cash flow and manage ongoing projects as needed.
• Work closely with the accounting department.

🔍 Requirements:

• CPA with experience from a Big 4 firm – required.
• Experience in auditing real estate companies – a plus.
• Proficiency in international accounting standards.
• Strong team player with high analytical skills.
• Willingness to work intensively during reporting periods.
• Experience with SAP Business One – an advantage.
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and tax reports.
• Attention to detail, organization, and thoroughness.
• High motivation and commitment.
• Proficiency in Excel.
