Information System PMO

Deloitte Digital is building a new Project Management team to support new projects and looking for a NetSuite PMO (Project management officer) to join the squad.

What you Will do:

• Establish and maintain project management standards and methodologies, ensuring that the projects are delivered within scope, time and budget constrains.
• Apply effective communication and synchronization across business and technical teams, in order to push projects towards completion ASAP and mitigate risks.
• Synchronizing project leaders and internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Enable projects to meet targets. Identify blockers and remove them.
• Identifying ways to improve project efficiencies (Processes, tools, etc.).

Your skills and experience:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, information systems or equivalent - Must.
• 3+ Years of experience as a PMO in technological projects.
• Experience with at least 2 projects, from initiation phase through full deployment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Experience as a PMO in ERP projects - Advantage.
• Certifications in project management (e.g.,. PMP) – Advantage.
