Software Engineering Team Lead

We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead to manage and lead our development and support teams, consisting of 5 employees. The role includes:

• Leading the development and support teams in day-to-day management
• Supervising daily tasks and tracking project completion on time
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining high-quality standards
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Serving as the primary point of contact for company clients

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in C# .NET development
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a development team
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies
• Experience with task management tools like Jira and Trello
• Excellent communication skills
• Advantage: Experience in project and client management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
